The Club was formed shortly after the new hall was completed and has proved to be very popular providing some very pleasant and often entertaining evenings.  Many friendships have been formed as a result of this Club being in existence.  It was decided to join in with the Breckland Short May Bowls League and we have enjoyed some very successful seasons of bowling, having been winners of the Breckland League on three occasions, and at present we are endeavouring to  win the trophy for the third season in succession!

If anyone is interested in joining the Bowls Club we are looking for new members.  Please come along on a Tuesday or Thursday evening when you will be most welcome.  You can bowls for free for three evenings, and the Club Membership fee is £8.00 per year.  Don’t worry if you do not have the necessary equipment, members will always loan you some bowls.  Come and give bowls a try.

A disastrous result in our recent match at Banham, but we are not downhearted, hopefully  we will be able to come back from this defeat.

In the Breckland Five Pairs competition we were drawn against Banham and beat them Home and Away and now have to meet Wymondham playing at home on the 1^st December and away on the 7^th December.
